Who is she?

  • They call me Nikkie.
  • I’m sixteen. God decided it was time for me to come out of my mother’s womb on the 22nd of June.
  • I’m half Nigerian, half Sierra Leonean. Basically, African.
  • I’m a London girl. I haven’t got a “posh” English accent, but I’m working on it. ;)
  • Florida is beautiful. I’m there every summer. It feels like home.
  • Other than English, I speak Yoruba, Spanish, German; little Portuguese and French. I also mildly learn Hebrew, Greek & Latin - derivatives make things so much deeper. Ah! Language (& culture) is/are amazing. I’d like to be fluently multilingual…some day. Ha.
  • I like music, a lot. I listen to all types of Christian genres. But I like anything with a nice beat, hook & lyrics. I play keyboard. And I sing. Oh, and I want to learn guitar. :)
  • I’m fascinated by nature. No, I’m not mocking “Sh*tuff Christian Girls Say”. I actually am really intrigued by all of Creation. I have a thing for clouds and pretty skies.
  • I’m a natural hair enthusiast. I did my BC in June 2011, my hair has grown a lot since then! So exciting :D
  • I’m into anything retro. Sometimes I wish I was a 70s/80s teen. The fashion, music, dancing was awesome! 90s kids had the best TV programs though.
  • Theology/Apologetics freak.
  • History is amazing. You can’t separate the present from the past. We aren’t the first inhabitants of the Earth. There have been many people before us. What formerly was influenced what presently is. Though not everything in history has been pleasant, it still shaped today’s world. So, it’s great to study it.
